The PROTOS Dive Watch is an homage to the Rolex Submariner "Big Crown" ref. 6538, which was first released in 1956 and perhaps most famous for being the original James Bond watch, as worn by Sean Connery in the 1962 film "Dr. No". The PROTOS is a re-interpretation of this classic timepiece and is made using high spec modern materials and manufacturing processes．

The PROTOS is made with 316L marine grade stainless steel, scratch-proof ceramic bezel, domed sapphire crystal and Swiss SuperLuminova. At the heart of every watch is an automatic NH35 Caliber movement developed by SEIKO Japan. We test every watch for water-resistance to 300m.
